Get Charmander: In Ceruleon City go to
the bridge with the trainers at top north of the city. After you
beat them and recieve the nugget you will see a man in the top
left corner of the screen, go talk to him and he will give you a
Charmander!
Get Squirtle: To get Squirtle go to Vermilion City. In the center
of town you will see Officer Jenny, go talk to her and she'll
give you a Squirtle!
Get Bulbasaur: Once you recieved Squirtle from Officer Jenny
(Read Above), go to Cerulean city. In one of the houses there is
a lady, who has Pokemon next to her. Talk to her and she will ask
you a question. Choose the top answer and yet again she will ask
you another question. Choose the top answer again and you get
Bulbasaur!
