Peace loving Vikings invade Saltvik, Kvarnbo for 2 days in July. The Vikings serve food, sell handicrafts, act, sing and play different instruments. Everyone is dressed in period costumes and go about their everyday tasks according to the style of the era. The festival teems with life and is a treat for the whole family. In the area there is, among other things, a 4.5 meter tall wooden Viking sculpture and a typical Viking nave built of peat.
