Anna Sundblom, Metal artist, Åland Finland
Mari Stefansdotter, Graphic artist, Åland Finland Tom Clemes, Sound Technician, Stockholm Sweden work together in the SAKRUM exhibition. After 20 years the three childhood friends have come together to set up an exhibition with the Church as its theme. The purpose of the exhibition is to explore ancient artefacts and feelings preserved in and around the Church. We want to turn preconceived notions and expectations inside out. We want to face fears, see life and death, the beginning and the end, the present and the past. The Church is our document, our history, not necessarily happy or true, but at least probable. |
